Absolutely! Many of our units are perfect for business use. Store inventory, equipment, documents, or seasonal stock. You'll have 24/7 access, and you can grant your employees temporary access through the app. We also offer invoicing for business accounts.

What items are prohibited?

For safety and legal reasons, you cannot store: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, living plants or animals, illegal items, or anything with a strong odor. When in doubt, please contact us to ask about specific items.

Can I access my unit anytime?

Yes! Once we open, you'll have 24/7/365 access to your unit via our smartphone app. No office hours, no gates closing at night. Our load-shedding-proof power system ensures access is always available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, debit orders, credit cards, and SnapScan. Monthly billing is automated for your convenience. You'll receive an invoice a few days before your payment date, and payment is processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

Do I need insurance?

While our security is excellent, we strongly recommend storage insurance for complete peace of mind. We can connect you with affordable insurance options specifically designed for self storage, typically costing R50-150 per month depending on value.

What if I lose my phone?

If you lose your phone, immediately contact us to disable access from that device. You can then log into the app on a new device using your account credentials. We can also provide temporary access codes while you sort things out.
